In 2003 our first customer started using an InfoDeli for just one of its product divisions and 16 field sales reps. Since that initial group of a 16 sales rep users the InfoDeli product has been adopted across all the pharmaceutical corporation’s division’s products and brands. Within the first year of use the system was adopted across all the customers divisions. The InfoDeli marketing service management tool is now used by thousands of users including field sales professionals, the corporate customer service department, marketing personnel and pharmaceutical distributors. They use the InfoDeli Literature Store to manage 3000+ different digital documents, printed pieces and premium items.
The tool lets sales reps log into the InfoDeli cloud based system while in the office or in the field to quickly locate and send both links to PDF, Powerpoint or Video digital marketing and sales materials and/or place orders to have printed marketing materials sent to current or potential customers.
This organization also provides its pharmaceutical distributors with specialized access to a distributor only InfoDeli with a specialized subset of sales and marketing documents tailored to their specific distributor centric needs.
